INTERNSHIP

at Paradigma Ariadné

During my one-month internship at Paradigma Ariadné (now as Terebinth studio), my main task was to find solutions for the stone facade of a villa at Tihany, which meant researching different stone-placing methods, looking up local architectural history, finding the best placement for railings. In the other half of my internship I attempted to make an 1:50 model of the villa. After careful material and textural research, I poured the whole villa out of gypsum and finished with laser-cut, coloured structure at the top. With the gypsum model I wanted to emphasize the stonework on the house and the vulcanic heritage of the site, with a lighter, newly added structure at the top being a precised, clean close-to-real-life model.
